Symrise provides clean label and high-added value solutions to the food and beverage industries. Their solutions improve sensorial and functional benefits of wet and dry edible products such as soups, sauces, ready-meals, noodles, processed meat and seafood or snacks. Symrise needed to produce short documentaries to present its organic vegetable’s sourcing and transformation process.

Symrise asked us to produce a film intended to present its know-how in terms of sourcing and ingredient processing related to its white mushroom range. We proposed a concept developed in 3D.

Symrise needed to produce short documentaries to present its organic vegetable’s sourcing and transformation process.

We produced several mini documentaries on different product lines such as sweet corn, onion and carrot. The different partnering farmers and experts being based in Oregon (USA), Dronten (Netherlands), Talcy, Antrain and Rennes (France), we identified several directors located in these areas. These films are published on the group’s digital landscape.

Strawberry, Editorial Campaign

Diana Food provides clean label and high-added value solutions to the food and beverage industries. Their solutions improve sensorial and functional benefits of wet and dry edible products such as soups, sauces, ready-meals, noodles, processed meat and seafood or snacks. Diana Food needed to produce a short documentary to present its strawberry sourcing and transformation process.

They wanted the film to include everything from their cultivation process to their transformation methods. The Strawberry supplier being based in Chile and Diana Food’s experts interviews being held in France, Pitchlab identified the most skilled filmmakers located in these regions. The selected filmmakers shot a short documentary format which was published on Diana Food’s digital landscape.

Chicken Welfare, Editorial Campaign

Diana Food provides high value natural ingredients to its agribusiness customers around the world. From a natural range of fruits, vegetables, meat and sea products transformed into concentrates, powders, flakes, pieces, plates, Diana Food offers solutions with sensory benefits (taste, color, texture, visual) and nutritional benefits (health, nutrition, food preservation). Nowadays, health-conscious consumers care not only about what they eat, but also about how their food is produced ; they want to make responsible choices without compromising on taste or appearance.

With this in mind, Diana Food has set up a new facility in Banks Crossing, Georgia, dedicated to developing chicken-based flavors that are grown humanely and in the spirit of eco-responsibility. Meeting high standards of animal welfare, this offering includes a wide range of products made from chicken fat, chicken broth and chicken powder. Diana Food needed to produce a mini documentary to present these processes. With the breeder and facility based in Georgia USA, Pitchlab has identified a filmmaker from its community based in this region, to direct this documentary which was aired on the group’s digital landscape.
